Highlights of Commissioner Reeves’ Current Work for Kerr County Citizens:

 

Successful completion of the HC Youth Exhibition Center

• Cooperated with Hunt ISD & TXDOT for improved student safety

• Worked to initiate county-wide recycling

• Advocated for increased animal shelter adoptions

• Stalwart supporter of CONSERVATIVE budget principles

• Was the ONLY Commissioner to vote against the 2015 tax increase.

• The only Kerr County Commissioner to attend & vote at the County Republic Party Convention

• Strong supporter of our local Volunteer Fire Departments


• Works with grassroots groups to promote economic and tourism development in West Kerr County


• Led the effort for a City-County cooperative solution for Hazardous Waste Disposal


• Worked closely with UGRA to develop River Patrols and protect our river

Strong working relationships with both City of Ingram and City of Kerrville
